Located in the heart of the Franklinton Arts District, the streets are filled with 50+ local artists and makers every month!
The Good Market is a time to celebrate local art, small businesses, and our community.
Every month we have unique vendors selling handmade pieces of art ranging from paintings and illustrations to leather-made products and taxidermy! Accompanied by two food trucks, a bar serving local brews, live music, children’s activities and so much more, this will be a once-a-month event for the whole community!

WHAT DOES MY $75 VENDOR FEE GET ME?
Your vendor fee not only secures your spot for the Good Market, it also pays for security to help keep you and your products safe, live musical performances, activities, and extensive marketing for each month!

WHAT KIND OF SPACE WILL I HAVE AS A VENDOR?
Each vendor space is 10 ft x10 ft
Vendors are responsible for their own tent, tent weights, and any furnishings.

WHEN CAN I SET UP FOR THE MARKET?
Load in begins at 4 PM, we would like you completely set up by 5:30 PM for the market to begin at 6 PM.
Tear down/load out is at 10 PM.

WHAT IS THE LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT PROCESS?
You will receive your vendor number the day before the market letting you know where you will set up your vendor space. When you arrive, check-in at Good Land and we will have someone assist you with load in and setting up your tent! You will be able to pull your car right up to your space.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE FORCAST LOOKS SHITTY?
We will make the call at noon, on the day of Franklinton Friday. We hope to never cancel but we know some artists work can be damaged and we want to avoid that at all costs.
If you are a food vendor, we will make space for you inside either the Chromedge building or 400 West Rich.

CANCELLATION POLICY
IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL, we understand. There will be no refund on vendor fees though. We will try to work with cancellations on a case by case basis.

YES! We just ask that pets remain on a leash and under your supervision at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone
